House of Sushi & Noodles is one of the few sushi buffet restaurants I know of in Chicago. To be more precise, House of Sushi provides an all you can eat maki (rolled sushi) menu. The maki rolls are creatively good. Most of their rolls have cream cheese in it, so ask the waitress to leave it out if you want a more traditional taste.

House of Sushi & Noodles does a nice job in getting the food to you at a steady pace. They require customers to finish their plate prior to ordering more sushi and limit an order to 2 rolls per person. I'm sad to say that after 4 rolls, I was full and had to call it a day. Service is nothing special, but good enough to keep me happy.

If you were just driving by and looking for a restaurant, you would be sure to drive right past this place. The restaurant is a simple family run style business. House of Sushi & Noodles is all about the buffet sushi. Looks of restaurant means nothing when searching for quantity over quality.

To sum up, House of Sushi & Noodles is the best all-you-can eat maki sushi restaurant in Chicago. If I can just find an all-you-can eat sashimi restaurant, I would be so happy. Nevertheless, maki sushi is better than nothing.
